We usually deliver within two working days in Italy, four working days in the EU, six working days or more around the world, depending on the country, from the date of the order, except for customized products. Shipments are carried out by BRT courier in Italy, DHL or BRT for other European Union countries. The courier does not deliver to PO Boxes or to hold mail services. The terms include only working days and do not include holidays.

Delivery terms are indicative. We are not responsible for any delays due to the courier or third parties.


Shipping with BRT courier is always free for orders placed in Italy.


Depending on the country, the shipment is sent via BRT or DHL express courier at a cost of €40, regardless of the number of products purchased.

The shipment is free for orders of €500 or more.


In 99% of the cases, shipping takes place within the time limits mentioned above and, in any case, under Art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the products that are available in storage will be shipped in the shortest time possible.

Delivery takes place Monday through Friday during working hours, via specialized courier, with an appropriate packaging, to the address specified by the client.

The above mentioned delivery terms refer to products already present in our stores and are not binding for Fratelli Peruzzi Srl, which may confirm them or modify them depending on its needs. Upon delivery the client must verify that the products correspond to those ordered.

Should the products delivered not match the order, the client may return them.


If for any reason the client is not satisfied with their purchase, the items may be returned to be exchanged within 28 days from the delivery date. To obtain the authorization for the return it is necessary to contact Fratelli Peruzzi Srl at specifying the code of the item and of the shipment.

The return shipment will be carried out by a courier chosen by Fratelli Peruzzi and will be free of charge.

The items must be returned in perfect condition, without any damage, scratch or dent. Should an item be damaged upon delivery, please contact us for information on how to return it. The items must be returned in the original packaging with all their accessories, components and original documentation.

They must also be wrapped properly, in the same way they were received. In case the client receives defective products, or if there are mistakes in the shipment, please contact us immediately at

Fratelli Peruzzi reserves the right to request photographic proof before authorizing returns for defective products and take on the cost of the return shipment.


Every day receives a number of orders.

The order is considered fulfilled only after its payment has been registered. Until the order is completed, the items are kept aside.

Orders that have been fulfilled may not be modified. However, if the items have not been shipped yet, the client may request a change by emailing us at

Fratelli Peruzzi Srl reserves the right to refuse an order in case we are unable to receive verification from the client's bank.

Fratelli Peruzzi Srl reserves the right to deny orders or services to anyone at any time.

Return Terms and Conditions

The original Product Authenticity Tag with the original intact Security Cord must be attached to the item(s).

Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.

The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, etc.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. 

Fratelli Peruzzi s.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

The right to return goods does not apply to engraved and/or personalized items.
